/ The Problem

The Challenge

Unmanaged container sprawl, misconfigured ingress routing, missing health probes, and unbounded resource limits caused sporadic pod crashes and service degradation during peak customer usage hours.

/ Engineering Solution

Our Approach

Rezint Tech conducted a deep root-cause infrastructure audit, redesigned the Kubernetes cluster architecture with strict resource requests/limits, implemented zero-downtime rolling deploys, and set up comprehensive Prometheus/Grafana observability.

/ Implementation Scope

Key Engineering Deliverables

Cluster-wide audit of pod resource limits, container memory leak profiling, and node autoscaling.

Blue/green deployment pipeline preventing staging changes from impacting live traffic.

Automated horizontal pod autoscaling (HPA) responding dynamically to inbound request spikes.

Alertmanager integration with instant PagerDuty and Slack escalation routing.

/ Impact & Verification

Demonstrated Results

01 //

Attained 99.98% service level objective (SLO) uptime across all customer-facing endpoints.

02 //

Zero-downtime deployment pipelines eliminating scheduled maintenance windows.

03 //

30% reduction in unneeded cloud compute resources through right-sized pods.
